There are four sections to the Challenge, that are split up by weeks. Each Day provides you with a video tutorial, an activity from the 64 Page Workbook and an email with the day's lesson. This challenge has been designed with YOU in mind, and so each section has been carefully thought out in terms of what day of the week it will be, the activities and the type of energy you will need for each day.
We have things set up so that you start the Challenge on a Monday! (Fancy huh?!) I mean it just wouldn't be right doing a self-care Sunday on a Tuesday... UNLESS of course, your schedule means that Tuesday IS your Sunday!
